Folks, when a penny stock is halted like this, it's over. Period. Do not expect a grand entry 2 weeks from now. The banter on this board will die down, and things will kind of just, well, fizzle to nothing. The very best that can be expected is that in the next 1-2 weeks JP releases a PR or 2 that "corrects and restates" past PRs (see HYRF). The "correction" will reveal that there is very little substance to this company: useless patents were purchased for a song and they contracted with a producer in China to have some commodity flash drives branded with a logo (hence, you can order stuff over the website, but those are the only sales that have actually taken place). And then, the company will resume trading in the sub-pennies and this board will become a ghost town. That is best case scenario. It's more likely that there's just no action in the shares ever again.
I've stated before (and my posts have been deleted) that there was never any intention of producing audited financials. There has been no ENGAGEMENT LETTER to date. Previous posts about a "retainer" having been paid are laughable. Accountants are not attorneys. You engage 'em, you don't "retain" 'em!
The sounds of desperation and denial here are the inevitable echoes of the dashed hopes and exploded dreams of the Naive and the Bad Shepherds who have tended them....
