VIZC had already bounced to 0.0018 most recently after Good News --- the OTC tier's Upgrading from Limited-Information to Current-Information! Easy to test the recent highs area 0.0031 ~ 0.0022 again with potential Reverse-Merger or Buy-Out huge deal...
At Hyper Oversold status --- from February-high 0.0072 to the New low 0.0008 without any bad news!
Super Undervalued now --- mere $2.5M MV (which is ridiculous low) at the New bottom price!
