I agree Putz, As great as a "GOVT" LOAN would be on paper this will have major strings attached. One the other side of that coin, why has $NIOBF management team not pursued this full steam ahead just to hedge their bet?? They have had many years to apply for this just incase they cannot get financing from a private institution? It would be a shame if they dropped the ball this late in the game.
FYI, Only 32 days left for financing to happen so they can start construction!! I try not to think how far our share price will drop with zero news and then not coming through by the 4th of April. $NIOBF needs "great" news not fluff, not more sample reports, not potential meetings begging for cash ... We Need something big to happen soon!! Like a partnership, Buyout, cornerstone investor ect....Basically anything other then what $NIOBF management is doing now!! The deadline is approaching lets go team!
