Minimum requirements NYSE

To qualify for listing on the NYSE, a company must have at least 400 shareholders, with at least 1.1 million shares available to the public and a market value of the public shares of at least $40 million. Each stock must have a minimum value of $4 at the time of listing.

That $4 your gonna need will be very difficult. This is and 8 cent stock already trading 10x value and with each quarterly profit comes an increase in debt by the same factor to seniors…

Reality…. Your years away and in all reality I doubt these commons will acclimatize likely never make the uplist summit. Base camp here is where they will likely stay
