I'd like to suggest a compromise, because I'm that kind of guy.

As we already know from his prior history (not least ConferenceGate) Leo is an incorrigible and indeed recidivist liar.

But we also know he has welched on IPIX' debts in the past.

Let's just meet in he middle and posit that it is both a lie and that he hasn't paid the "vendor"'s bills yet.
