The new MGUY filing says "The Mind’s Eye Trust purchased the 10,000,000 Preferred A shares and Steven Siegel became the new President, CEO, CFO and Chairman of the Board on January 14, 2022."

So, if this Steven Siegel has a huge background in science and software tracking of cannabis for the past 30-35 years - what could he be up to with this shell???
