Absolutely zero reason for retail to buy 5s when they can throw up whatever # they want at .0004 and get filled. imo, when the new mm "OTCN" is ready he'll buy those 5s himself and likely stack the 5 bid to see if retail will start buying 6s. He might even have to buy those to get things going as 98% retail is very leary of buying the ask with the level of on going dilution. byoc
