That's funny. Going back to 2020 it's never been at 0.005. That one day, 2/22/20, it went to 0.0045 on 1.66 Billion volume... lately avg volume is < 10 Million.
They did file a registration to sell the balance of the unsold authorized shares for 0.005, but it's yet to be approved and no one will buy those shares at 10x the current market price..
