1. I can , without doubt, confirm the ID, and work address of the person ID’ed. No ‘code’ names, symbols, etc.
2. The individual, is physically at work in the U.S., with a legitimate business work place.
3. A contact point, other than physical address, must be able to be established.
4. As per usual trading rules, he/she must be the only person trading Xalles under the sticker CDEL.
5. NONE of the above, breaks Federal , State or International Law.
6. When all the above is confirmed by me, and background checks, the share price of Xalles is still trading below .01.
7. The time frame for any conclusion as to the correct name of ‘this’ person, will be at my leisure.
Note: point 2 is not likely. I base that on the fact that CDEL’s activity has been unscrupulous, if not illegal…
which does not apply to market makers working abroad….Great Britain, for example.
