In March 2015 the Company signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire the shares of Green M&A
Solutions, a private US company that has 100% ownership of Green Mine Solutions (“GMS”)

Too bad QEDN allegedly acquired "Green Mine Solutions".

The name of the company attending Dubai is "Green Mind Solutions."

Lastly, QEDN doesn't list Green M&A Solutions (the private US Company that allegedly owns Green Mine Solutions) as an asset on their financials. Obviously, if QEDN owned Green M&A Solutions it would be on QEDN's balance sheet.
