The reason I am asking is to determine whether I should expect financials for Q4 tomorrow for WDLF. I generally don’t like to post expectations of financial disclosures if they are not going to happen. I do not expect a 10Q for Q4 2021 by tomorrow.

The exact filing dates depend on the organization’s fiscal year, but it is necessary to file three 10-Q reports each year.1 A 10-Q for the final quarter of the year is not required: After the fourth quarter, a company files Form 10-K, an annual report, instead. The 10K is not due tomorrow and based on their disclosure timing history I don’t see any Q4 financials being released this week.

I guess we will know tomorrow what their plans are.
