I believe that these “audited” fins are already priced into the stock.
There are currently 2 billion shares outstanding.
I believe these mergers and preferred shares will bring it to over 10 billion.
Any negative news will drop the stock further IMO.
The OTC stocks are sell on any news or volume.
I don’t see this moving above $0.045 anytime soon.
