Fact,if a company is being sued by another then the one being sued had no choice but to respond.
Knowing this process as well as VPLM does makes it appear like they have a case but in reality the other side is responding even to frivolous law suits.
Easy to abuse this system.
Investors beware as well as current shareholders should start looking for the first exit.
In our opinion as we too are concerned ??
