It’s essentially still the NWS gov sweeps the profits and then loans fnf the same amount to put in there savings. What’s interesting will be when they reach their caps and all that extra debt that’s been accumulating. Will the sweep continue? Will they be allowed to start paying off the seniors? Or… will they be considered insolvent and with such high debt maybe beyond their capacity to pay off in a reasonable amount of time need to be placed in receivership as the commander pointed out in the 10q - k’s … yeah their still sinking and why they trade at 87 cents on the otc “bulletin board”and not an “exchange”.
