Moody did not sell to Frank. What happened was Moody had petitioned for custodianship and there was a bunch of fines and fees imposed on $ILIM by court from the previous owners for various legal and market failings.

Moody requested previous fines and be terminated as part of his request for custo. Court refused and so Moody said the shell wasn't worth it and moved on to others. At that point Alpharidge moved in and petitioned for custodianship. I guess they were willing to take more risk than Moody.

Also, as most know Moody likes them cleaner than most.
