The custodian is NOT Paul Moody, He gave up on custodianship a long time ago.

New Custodian is (Alpharidge Capital, LLC a company owned and controlled by Frank I Igwealor)

The board still has all the Custo. docs from Moody/Denunzio petition which is ancient history.

New Custodian:
