I don't understand why some are stuck on "testing".

Every company that produces a product tests those products before they're released. Through R&D that product undergoes changes and a new versions are released.

In the case of PCTL's/Nanogas Nano-Catholyte field trials in each basin needs to be done to determine the correct formulation of Catholyte-Free and Nanogas. Like I said the geology in each basin is different. Once the correct formulation is determined for each basin the data collected is the starting point for PCTL/Nanogas EOR services to be offered. That doesn't mean field trials won't continue using other gasses and concentrations of Catholyte-Free to create an enhanced Nano-Catholyte formulation. It's called continued R&D. Data gets complied and field trials continue creating a more efficient version of the previous. Meanwhile, services are being offered to well owners creating revenue. Efficiency continues to be improved creating more data points. Perhaps an Exon-Mobil, BP, or an OPEC country sees the benefits of PCTL/Nanogases patent-pending technology and they want in.

The point is if you're stagnant and do not continue to enhance your product in this case through field trials you're left behind.

Guess what PCTL is doing the same thing with the Annihilyzer. It's that system that creates Hydrolyte to create Nano-Hydrolyte. The more efficient the more revenue as I see it.
