Now scroll to the bottom of the page to see the list of their “partners”. You will see that BioAmber is not listed and is not a “partner” now. It is also stated that it was a “former joint venture”in the line you put the good old red box around.
This doesn’t even remotely hint that they are actually working with BioAmber now or that BioAmber is anything but liquidated.
What will happen after the class action pays out and nothing changes? What will the next excuse be as to why former BioAmber shareholders still get nothing?
