The offering is not $23 million. That is purely for the calculation of the registration fee. It is about $10 million. Each unit currently has an assumed offering price of $9.80 for just over 1 million “units”. And that offering price is only a placeholder…not the actual offering price.

Not sure where your “common core” math is coming from.
