Xeroe, you posted what I had just read and was going to ask about:

1. How much do we earn on doing this 1st activity ?
2. If they already have 3 partnerships setup why would we be chosen to provide the service and how often would we be chosen?
My point is this - being "the leading edge" doesn't neccessarily end up being financially rewarding . . . and Helio needs to be aggressively earning more money as we are far from profitable. If we can't earn - we may not survive another year.
Let's say the other two partnerships are larger operations - does that mean a price war for providing the services - and are we doing the hard development work so we can per'fect the process and then we get dropped in favor of larger providers that ARE ALREADY PARTNERS too.
