Well, I agree his predictions for the future certainly did not turn out to be accurate to the day, week or even month - though it seems that the deal has closed nonetheless given that the other side of the deal has already touted it on his LinkedIn profile. In any event, I don't really see how it closing in January vs February makes any real monetary difference - unless perhaps you were just looking to immediately sell for a small news pop that took longer than expected and feeling disappointed. However, I note that if its just small dollars you are trying to get, it can generally be had on the big board stocks by channel swing trading the larger more boring stocks - even when they go down, they go up with fair regularity. Its not a super fast way to make money, and unless you're betting huge dollars its not a lot of money, but its probably far more predictable than OTC startups. Cheers.
