-This brings up a great point that you've brought up before.
-There is a difference between a reporting company and a SEC reporting company.

-Trek and I could probably run an OTC company and create the filings in microsoft word.

-It takes a lot more effort, expertise, money, and time to make an SEC filing.

-Now, if the only goal of Geordan is personal enrichment through a share selling scam, why in the world would they bother sticking with the more expensive option of keeping BYOC as an SEC reporting company? hmmmm...? Headscratcher...
