These do not reconcile. If you don't know who to believe on one hand but state MDT will regret not sticking around, then you already know what you believe. MDT is out of the equation and has no interest in TMDI. Which, you would more than likely be correct in that belief.


The Titan executive team thinks it's completely false and not true that Medtronic took the goods and ran. Not sure who to believe, but they seem confident that is NOT the case.

I think another buyer comes in as the MDT deal is not finalized. MDT will regret not sticking around.
