I dont understand otcmarkets.com or HRAL's Transfer Agent!!!!!!!!!

As of 12-02-2021 I had received an email response from the Transfer Agent and it said there were around 246 million Shares Outstanding..... Now on official documents posted on 2-7-2022, less than a week ago, the Outstanding Share Count as of 12-31-2021 was 246,310,098.

Now today I noticed that on otcmarkets.com that the Share Structure was updated with 12-31-2021 as the date and it shows 229 million Shares Outstanding........ WTH ?!?!?!?!?!?

Lets Go HRAL !!!!!!!!!!!
