Who's truth? Internet conspiracy theories due to unawareness of how stock transactions work so they fill in the holes with made up jargon to explain what they fail to understand? Explain how such a process of not delivering shares to the buyer that the electronic settlement system still records a credit to the account. Explain why there doesnt exist a single instance in which a person selling said OTC securities has never once not had cash in their account from the sales transaction....
