Exactly fictitious HISTORY, anything from say the current Reg SHO period after 2009? Absolutely not, of course anything from a reputable regulatory source on the topic? Of course not, like many things in the OTC world, made up terms to deflect the real issues here in stock like this. No business, no revenues, no profits and absolutely no operational evidence along with explosive share structures totaling in the billions for 14 years and debt conversions that provide zero cash to the company. But it is short sellers...lol.. not a single share shorted of significance, not a single FTD and yet real stocks with real companies that are actually shorted in some cases up to 140% of their float and for months and have FTD's, but GNCP has none of that... Makes perfect sense.
