I'm impressed, I'm impressed with the timing of the press releases, I'm also impressed with the fact that they secured the financing for the Load claims, impressed that this is a cash deal, impressed with the transparency from the co, when I read the articles released I feel a sense of urgency/kinda like I want it and I want it now, I'm impressed that they value shareholders and don't want to let us down, impressed that they are going after the new gold of the future/lithium,
They said, Your Directors and the Seller are finalizing all of the various Agreements over the next few days; and upon signature will be filing them on OTC Markets as it is a material event, this is awesome, they want to be the next big thing and they will IMHO, they said. The Company upon consummation of this transaction will primarily be in the business of Lithium Exploration, remember failure is only a state of mind, were there failures with other entities in the past?,
I don't have proof of scamming, maybe you do? Even if that's the case, everyone has skeletons in his or her closet, if you don't well then your the minority around these here parts, hahaha, so Don't look at past mistakes' but look at the potential from an awesome future.
IT IS MY OPINION THAT if this Co was truly a share selling scam they wouldn't try to win the confidence of shareholders by updating when they say they will, and the PR"S would not be to the point and spot on, in my humble opinion this is the next big thing, we will see, only time will tell, but we will def see the further progress of the great lithium rush! Cellar boxing is real for sure, manipulation in the OTC market is real, over the years the bad entities have learned how to better destroy good Co's, it's all real no doubt about it!
