So do you see a pattern they issued letter of recommendations the company met those recommendations, they issue notice application deemed complete and then they issued denial with items that were never part of the approval process or a requirement for this process. They said the property needed a buffer so it took them three years and completed application to realize their was no buffer, the location was part of the application and air quality permit was approved. Someone at DEM screwed up on their final decision that was rushed the same time senate introduced bill and Governor signed on the day that DEM needed to make their decision. IMO
