EVIO Labs Partners with "Rare-Earth-Genomics" 04-01-2022 .....

HENDERSON, Nev, Jan. 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- EVIO, Inc. (OTC: EVIO) announced today that the company is engaging in a strategic partnership with Rare Earth Genomics Texas, LLC ("REG").

REG has been testing its hemp products with EVIO Inc. ("EVIO") since the company launched its hemp business in 2020. REG and EVIO will deepen their relationship by collaborating on a range of research and development projects that focus on optimizing hemp strains, including:

- Evaluation of unique terpenes and terpenoids

- Quantification of major and minor cannabinoids

- Optimization of screening methods for breeding populations

- Development of testing protocols for novel phenotypes

- Assessment of potential for soil remediation

- Initiation of nutritional analyses of hemp and hemp seed feed and food products

EVIO will provide support and training to REG in pursuit of their goal to be a premier industrial hemp entity.

REG is actively collaborating with Texas A&M AgriLife Research ("AgriLife") and the Department of Soil & Crop Science which it is an integral part of the hemp breeding program. Russ Jessup, Ph.D. Associate Professor of Perennial Grass & Industrial Hemp Breeding says 'Innovative collaborative partnerships between industry leaders such as EVIO and Rare Earth Genomics are critical enabling forces to develop analytical breeding tools and significantly improved hemp cultivars." It looks like the deal EVIO had going with DIGP turned in another direction .....

As a quality cannabis-hemp testing lab EVIO has maintained a respectable Industry-wide reputation .....

Hard to say what EVIO's financial issues may have been while apparently struggling to make ends meet in a high-demand sector which sees continual growth ..... and not about to vanish into thin air !!! .....

On OTC page AS listd at 20 B with OS listed at 6 361 706 000 as of February 9, 2022 ..... with a float alleged to be 69,699,266 as of September 3 2020 .....

Starting today ..... I will be keeping track of potential changes with respect to OS-AS-Float ..... but mostly the daily running total of EVIO's TRADE VOLUME ..... Just for fun !!! .....

I firmly believe any cannabis-hemp testing lab "should-have" a bright future ahead despite manipulative interests holding SP down ..... while one notices CONGRESS saddling the entire Industry with TAX burdens clearly seen as USURY by ethical-moral people ..... with no sign of "fairness" in sight !!! ..... Congress appears to be legally authorized to willfully "shake-down" retail Investors and producers ..... Because it pays handsomely and the lawmaker's can get away with it !!! .....

I am in a position to wait things out and see how the "game" progresses !!! ..... though not very optimistic in light of never-ending dicey regulatory hurdles !!! .....
