The only question is who did it and why. For me ALL OF THE ANSWERS ARE WITH Rik the CEO. He MUST know whats going on with HIS company. Anyone gives Rik excuses and alibies ( for not disclosing the why question ) is in on this or a part of it. IMO

Big games are being played out here for years on the backs of the shareholders... I think the SEC should look deeper into this if not already....





The SEC should know that this CE is now in effect should they not know already me thinks...
