If this asset was all that the shares would have been gobbled up but everyone sees the selling into every pr.

There is a lack of faith from old mgmt and in current mgmt with how they have handled this transaction,

Still no one wants to explain why they cancelled 40 mil restricted shares only to add 72 mil unrestricted a few days later increasing the float here 41%. All after they supposedly had all this great funding……..

Company should have addressed this immediately….along with status of old mgmt and the capital structure to move forward.
