Maybe so. The principal has gone as far as they can train him with Kitchen management. Depends if he has a choice or has to go straight to toilet maintenance.

I'm sure the prison tested the principal and assessed that he has no mechanical skills whatsoever so anything shop related like license plates is probably out.

But running the commissary tv and VCR may still be in play.
