I have to apologize. I misstated the average # of shares held by those who took the survey.
Do the math regarding the likelihood of this being completely locked up ;)
27 survey participants
27 shareholders account for 59.8% of the 52,579,974 share float
60 total shareholders as of 9/30/2021 (per their last filing)
1,165,394 shares is the average number of shares held by the survey participants.
100% of the float would/will be locked if the remaining 33 shareholders (60 minus the 27 survey participants) own 639,828 shares each.
Because the average indicated by the survey results is almost double what each remaining shareholder would need to own for the float to be 100% locked, IMO, it's very likely.
