Does anyone know of any ruling that forbids the government from procuring products from a company that has been under SEC investigation. It seems to me that all bets are off now as the only ckys contract worth a buck is with the government and they will look to distance themselves from the company.

Right or wrong this investigation may really hurt CKYS and come the 19th it would not surprise me to see a stampede for the door. JMO
