Some notes from the 12/31/2021 10-Q released just a few days ago.

As of February 4, 2022, the registrant had 264,903,954 Common Shares outstanding.

The Company’s current planned operational needs are approximately $6.5 million until June 30, 2022.

As of December 31, 2021, the Company had cash of $4,866.

4 million options at .76 CAD will expire on 3/6/2022.

The first set of warrants expires on 12/18/2022. 500,000 shares at .80 CAD.

Most of this is related to some up-front payments that we made to our metallurgical consultants who are doing process optimization and rare earth extraction work.

These costs were related to work we did on high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) comminution testing, process optimization, demonstration plant EPC efforts, Equator Principles program development, and efforts to update the existing mineral resource with rare earths.

In the meantime the price of our 3 oxides continue to improve.

With the 2/9 prices, in rough calculation, increases my estimated profit from around 110 million to around 125 million annual profit, from the REE's alone.

In my opinion we are moving forward, utilizing every cent available to move the project to fruition.
