Yes and they will make a fortune risk free on lending rates to the shorts. And with T+1, shorts can cycle their shares faster. Now that the shorts from the $40, $50, $60, and $70 levels have covered, they will be awaiting for the next Nod, and will begin shorting, driving down the price, panicking the baby chimps, causing them to squirt their shares, and the shorts snatch them up to close their positions. Shorts keep what the chimps lose.
