The USA government will do what is right.
Just ask Winston Churchill. You just have to wait until there is no other choice.
This is where we are at today.
If the USA government wants to keep face they have to treat all shareholders per the laws of the land.
5th amendment is not complicated.
It is possible to spin the story, keep the i’ll gotten funds and be the hero.
This saga has to find an end.
