Owning just 51% is a great way to maximize their ability to leverage. They control each of the entities without having to put up money to buy the remaining 49%. They can payoff remaining 49% on their terms if and when they decide to spin off and sell some of the individual companies. They are in control and retain 100% ability to manage direction of each company while only paying for 51% ownership. This company is smartly run and growing. True value will come out shortly IMHO.
