This tax stuff pisses me off. Like when I wasn't paying sales tax for AMZN purchases years ago. It wasn't fair to brick and mortar stores. Basically putting them out of business. If this guy gets on the board I may sell my shares. I can't see how someone on the board of FB for 17 years is going to have any good contributions. Just my opinion.
