AL_DA I found some interesting connections between Daniel B Zwirn and Alan D. Gordon. I bought shares in AFACW. These are warrants from the Spac AFACU. Daniel b Zwirn created this new Spac.

I believe both of these guys were trying to do a few IPO's quite awhile back. The first IPO was Alda Office Properties, Inc and the second was Alda Capital Corp.

These guys have been working together since 2010.
