Someone has opined often in the past to do an 'inside' paper deal with the BTH IP to our 'sister'.*. This would clean up the IP for them and get operating $ for AGN.
Yost still stole BTH work when he slid to Owlstone. Sucks but BTH couldn't produce a product. ie>NASH>AGN...

Seems we've possibly passed the lows after consolidation and folks may look ahead. A fair+ Risk to Reward, IMO.
