If you check the filings, and PRs and ask a crypto expert like I did
you will find they are / have started up a crypto mining operation already with about $350,000 of mining hardware I heard the father of the CEO bought with spare change. Filings may be the next major news and rally.

This could be an insanely undervalued sleeper.

Help it traded near 50 cents with a stop sign and just a dead shell a year ago just based on the nano float and OS
