I’m going to say again. I tried selling a measly 100 shares today at PPS on a limit sell. I get it PPS can be delayed on different platforms. But still it’s just 100 shares!!!. That’s $0.70 cents worth folks. No one bought for 1 minute. Tried again. No one bought and cancelled.

So how in the world are buys above sells? Complete bullshit. I challenge anyone to try. NO ONE is buying this POS on the ask.
