It is comical that anyone believes there are hundreds of thousands tied up in filings and professional fees here annually...lol.. On average as you stated there are $5K in annual expenses in paying for public disclosures and attorneys fees. Lumb dumped 40 Billion shares last year, at an average of .0001 per share he still would have made $4M, but the average price was much higher than that.
