Tim is new to OTC, I am sure he found that the previous Mgt was probably overstating some things (like revenue etc , and is cleaning up a mess like normal) Share Structure is good (really great though) .

a. Ok so there is a REG A out there, that is the normal avenue for raising capital . Seems like it has moved forward so will come to an end if not close already . Share Structure good.

b. Tim Matthews CEO , is not your normal OTC CEO , he is coming in from the outside (easy to see and the DD is there) , so following the guidelines. This is a GOOD THING, not one of those CEO's bouncing around the OTC for the past Decade or so. brought in existing clients from his ZOOM MANAGED SEVICES (BELOW LINK)

c. Tim and his group picked this up on the change of control for a Monetary amount (all disclosed below) . The previous owner passed away , verified which was unfortunate for him due to Covid and Health Reasons . Wow so many people , what a shame these past few years.

d. It is obvious he has to clean up items from Past Management and has been doing so. Verified Profile, all information being updated in OTC on the Profile, New Website coming (draft out there) , which all takes time.
I am good here , the Share Structure will still be fantastic even with the REG A , so if one can get in now, your ROI will be there with any catalyst(s) that appear in the near future.
