Misconceptions???? Horsesh*t...don't try to put lipstick on a pig...the drag from convertible notes is huge....everyone knows it.

Look at terms of notes. Loan shark material. SEC will eventually do away with those types of notes...GPL was first to suffer...but Boris will have to live and deal with these...

This company needs to renegotiate those....how will they honor those commitments without raising A/S? They can't....raise the A/S and this goes below .025
