Here is the deal for Hycroft share holders..

-- Hycroft still needs additional 500 million (300 million to build the mill + pay off 150 million debt) after spending close to 2B$ last 7 years.. No one in real mind want to invest that into Hycroft

-- Mudrick is not qualified to run a Mining company

-- Mudrick is not giving up the mill without a fight or hanging himself


If this continues another 6 months ... there is no way out but file BK again ..
