Scam set up six years ago? Can someone explain the following?

-Ricks LLC was incorporated in Nevada on 08/27/2019.

So where was it domiciled in 2016 when J-Ricks LLC Christopher Balmford "loaned" CYIO $225,000 in 2016?

Is it not strange that all the listed officers are from Australia?

All the addresses are private residences!

Was a scam set up 6 years ago?

Can the company explain the connection?
