Watkins has nothing gain, you are correct. But Paul is the wild card. He may have had done things early on with moving money around that he
1) doesn't want people to find out
2) the attorney(s) can't reconcile adequately for the OTC

Watkins is not the problem. He never has been. But Paul on the other hand is not trustworthy at this point. Why else would it take a company so long to submit financials for a business with few transactions on their books.
