Sorry, i have no interest in IGAI at this point...

except for my board duties here on IHUB.

The filings indicated that there were multiple filings offering convertable notes to private investors...

i do see the latest and greatest financials are out, so i will review them and their change in directors filing, and respond later tonight when i have time to review...
